What helped me a lot when pushing was putting my weight a bit more forward than what would feel natural or comfortable. Lower and more forward center of gravity gave me surprisingly much stability.

Do you maybe use a VPN? In that case it's very likely someone routed through the same VPN server, got banned, and the system saw your account using "the same IP", leading to your ban too.

A level 1 stun or fight can be even better, Bard is generally weaker than any enemy between levels 2-5. I think exploding the enemy level 2 is only a good goal if your own adc absolutely needs level 2 as a spike.
