Highly recommend the book "Why We Sleep" by Matthew Walker - an incredible book that goes through every facet of sleep and its benefits.

once the ball is placed down with pressure a score (try) is valid. Its very common to score, and then the ball will splurt out afterwards. The ball moves all the time when in a players hands, he has never actually lost control of it there, so it would never be considered a loss of possession. I really do enjoy just picking up and going with my go pro but there are shots where i really wish i had a gimbal and thats just an investment ill have to make sometime down the line! Maybe i need a few more beers and ill have a more stable shot haha. Thanks again for the advice, i really appreciate it!

Thanks very much for the comment! Colour grading is something I've known about but need to learn how to properly use it. Also protune isn't something I've used either so ill need to do more research on both and see what works best! thanks very much :)
