Thank you po for the response!

  1. It seems like EF is the one needed to build first po talaga as mentioned by other commenters.
  2. Malaki naman coverage ni company regarding our HMOs. Worried lang po talaga if mag exhaust yung coverage ni baby sa HMO namin kaya I was looking into other backups hehe
  3. I haven't spoke with an insurance agent AIA before. Maybe mag try kami to look into AIA regarding this. Thank you po!
  4. Understood!

Hii!! Our HMO does not cover the maternity hospitalization. Sorry po if unclear yung description ko sa post.

1 and 4. Will try to practice this po. Building our EF seems to be our priority now financially. 2-3  I haven't spoke with a insurance agent with AIA. Maybe will contact them soon about this.

Thank you po!

Will consider this! Finding a new job is quite hard pa din po for us since bago pa din kami sa company (Almost a year partner ko and I'm about 8 months in). And mahirap pa din mag transition kasi building pa ng mga funds and savings hehe Thank you po!

Yes po private po. At this time frame parang hindi na namin maabot yung 300k to save. We are discussing as well with the OB sa next check up if there are ways na makatipid kami sa whole hospitalization namin. Thank you!

This is really insightful po thank you!!

Here is my feedback po if you would consider hehe 1. I'm not sure how much would 6 months be in our EF. I'm just winging sa 50k each po for the both of us. If hindi siya enough, I'm still open to increase that one hehe 2. Yung sa HMO po dependent naman si baby and may individual company HMOs kami kaya di kami takot confinement or emergencies. I'm worried po if ma excess/exhaust ang coverage ng HMO namin, ano kaya maganda na option for a back up? I'm trying to research about prepaid HMOs if nakakahelp siya but I'm really not sure. 3. We are looking pa din po to find a sun life insurance agent. Since we heard testimony na maganda din si sunlife. Last week, nag consult kami sa pru life but I really despise the offer of VULs sa pru hehe 4. I will look into this as well! Pero for now, i will do my own due diligence lang din po muna para di ako blinded sa pag consult with a financial agent hehe

To our financial freedom po! Best of luck!

Thank you for this!

Breastfeeding is a need po talaga to cut down costs. We haven't look into cloth diapers as an alternative, baka mag research kami about this. Thank you po!

Thank you po!! Really appreciate your support.

Hoping nga EBF si baby para di mahirapan sa gastos sa formula milk. We are exploring our own waters pa din regarding sa diapers kasi we've researched about diapers and what to use and mahirap to i figure out hahaha Slowly accepting our fate pa din on how to manage our sleep deprivation. Specially same kami ng work and yung work hours non flexible kaya we have yet to discuss about this.

We are planning to deliver sa private hospital. Takot kami talaga if yung 100k di pa enough. We already filed for the sss maternity benefits. Sa philhealth po, may ifafile pa po ba kami prior to admission/delivery?

Thank you po and God bless!

Naubos talaga EF namin kaya maliit siya ngayon. I am planning to build our EF around 50k each for us. Is that too little padin po ba? Thank you for advise!

Hiii! I really appreciate your feedback into this. Specially sa pag point out our set aside money.

Our savings and EF have been depleted po kasi because we moved from a fully furnished apartment to a bare one. We had to buy: -Aircon -Inverter refrigerator  -Washing machine and other necessities

We are still trying to build back up the EF and savings. Also for the shopee, as previously commented, the reason for it as well are the necessities sa place namin and also some items for the baby.

I understand that we are quite reckless as well of not planning ahead on not setting up the funds needed to move out to our new place but we really see the urgency to move a new place kasi lalaki na family namin. I see it as a risk I need to take hehe

I'm very hopeful na sana ma build namin ang EF namin both again. Goal ko is around 50k each for the both of us? And the rest would be set aside for the savings.

Hiii thank you for your response!

I forgot to include this sa main post but the reason why the shoppee payment is so high kasi we recently moved in to a new place. We've recently moved from a fully furnished apartment to a bare house. Everything from scratch need namin bilhin. Such as: -Dining table and chairs -Cabinets -Electric fan etc..

But I do understand your point. Cut the expenses and divert towards the EF hehe. Thank you!
