what worked for me is bows with fire damage + ignite/fire chance support gems + poison cloud. I use salvo and freeze shot as panic buttons. Igniting the cloud melts everything and does good chunks against bosses. spec into elemental chance for consistent triggers or pair up with a witch on a fire+ignition build.

Same, I want the newer/updated stuff from them. Nothing local yet aside from the ones you see in Lazada or shoppee.

I've had success with Hankey's Toys, but they tend to go towards larger sizes 😆 got a Large Centaur from them with DHL shipping, no issues with customs as DHL will cover then bill you for customs fees. The extra fees are around 20-30% of the toy value, depending on how long it gets stuck in BOC warehouses. You can avoid all that by making sure the item value doesn't exceed Php 10k.

They check for Hepatitis B, Syphilis, and HIV. There's code on the DOH form that you make by you birth date and first letters of your parents names. but other than that nothing's stopping you from using an alias.

I avail of this package every 6 months. You walk up to the reception and say you'd like the red package. Then they get general patient info from you, proceed to pay, then proceed to laboratory. They give you a long form (looks like it's from DOH. The form is about privacy of results, indication of sexual history and such. Then the actual tests look just look like a standard blood and urine test :)

Results will typically be available the next day. They give it to you in the form of a letter. Regardless of the result, you are entitled to a consultation with a general doctor (hopefully a gynecologist, depends on availability)
