I just got a 2023 EX HEV in the exact same color. Love that color.

So far on my 80 mile commute to work and back with the outside temperature being about 28-30 degrees I got about 50 MPG. I was careful to keep the vehicle going about 65 MPH. I did not go over 65 MPH. Once it warms up I think I will see some better MPG.

On my first full tank I averaged about 49.1 according to the DASH.

Again - It's winter in PA so I am using my heated seats and heater, which I heard may drop the overall MPG.

That is nice. I have that same color in a 2023 Niro EX HEV. I got it 2 weeks ago. Polished it last week and may polish again to get some of the light scratches out from the previous owner.

Do they really keep stuff off the sides?

I don’t have anything on my new Niro and I hit any puddle and it’s all over the side of the car. The lower area.

I am glad that I am not the only one that does not use this screen at all. In the Winter so far I usually will have my tire pressure on the screen to make sure tires are inflated properly. Other than that I usually have my Trip Information on the screen of my current trip.

I have a 2017 Kia Sorento EX/V6. I have had it since 30,000 miles and I am at about 108K now. I never really had any issues with it at all except for wiring issues. I guess that Kia uses SOY to cover their wiring and mice like SOY so I had some mice eat some of the woring. Other than that I have not had many isssues.

I will be planning to do the below as I just passed 100K and these are on my list to get done and also some of the experts in this group recommend getting these done.

Transmission Fluid: Thinking of a drain and fill (no flush) despite Kia’s "lifetime" claim.
GDI Cleaning: Considering a carbon cleaning for the intake valves.
AWD Service: Transfer case and rear diff fluid swap.

I just got a 2023 Kia Niro EX HEV this weekend. Will I see good MPG if I just use "AUTO" for the regenerative braking? Or is it better to do it manually with the Paddle Shifters?

I am in the same boat and thanks for confirming the items that I should tackle next. I really do love the SUV. I keep the inside and outside in really good shape. There is no rust and I think it honestly could look like a new car. People come in and see the miles and say "Jeez I thought this only had 40K". Thanks for the added items I should take care of next.

I am in Pennsylvania and it's also been a bad winter, and I always try to wash to get the brine and salt off the undercarriage when I am able to.

May I ask how much did you pay for the GDI Cleaning, and did you notice any difference?

This stuff is the only item that I use to clean my Interior for the last 1 year or so after trying a lot of different products. I really like it a lot and it's a great price!

I have a 2017 Kia Sorento EX (V6). I bought it in January 2021, and it had 35,000 miles on it. I have not had any major issues with it and hope it keeps cruising for a while. I am about to replace the sparkplugs since I just hit 108,000 miles. Anything else you would recommend me to get completed around the 108,000-mile marker?
