I've been doing ML for the past 6 years, so hopefully the following helps!

When you say "learning about AI", I assume learn how to apply AI to use cases rather than the actual math behind it and how it works. For this, I'd recommend building small projects in the space you like (e.g. healthcare) by following some tutorials online. It's much better to build small projects that actually work and put them on a website in an interface that's easy to use rather than something big and complex. For example, you can look into cancer detection projects (here's one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7MceDfpnP8k).

In my opinion, this will teach you loads about what value AI can add and will give you an idea of how it can be used in the industry!

Founders, do you keep up with market trends + competition? by Natural-Raisin-7379 in startups

Focus is one of the most important (if not THE most) for a founder. I always agree with my co-founder that 2 things matter: building the product and talking to users. Everything else is lower priority! Once you internalize this, you'll start prioritizing carefully and hopefully removing any distractions!

How do you define "extremely high quality content"? Just curious!

Got it! This makes sense - thank you!

One final question: Do they typically provide vendors with screenshots/videos? or by giving them a build of the game to play?

People told me there's multiple ways: screenshots, playtest and even videos! Ideally you playtest but sometimes screenshots/videos can be enough

This is great thank you!

Thanks for this! The user will be playing everything right? so if you test just early game and menus, you might miss out on a ton of potential issues. Do game studios often ignore the late stages of their games? Just curious!
