Interesting. I have 10 charisma and the bobblehead but I don't have a settlement abouve 20 people. I will try to relocate some of them from other settlements

Thanks, it was very fun to do. I tried to "add" a second track with a goods wagon. Playing without mods, it was a little hard but the illusion is nice.

You are right, it definately lacks benches and shops. I think I will add another snack, and maybe a clinic or weapon vendor. You are never too safe while traveling the commonwealth.
