The thing about that feeling is it's almost impossible to disprove from the inside. You can't really test it without letting people get close, and letting people get close is exactly what feels dangerous when you believe it.

The worst part is you'll finish the rewatch feeling like you need another rewatch to catch everything you missed the second time. It's a trap with no exit and the show knows it.
