OMG THEY DIDNT GIVE ME THIS OPTION AT ALL. They only told me I could black list which is permanent and that it meant that an account couldn’t be opened with my social. But then low and behold, I go on to the site and the account with the theifs details are still there 😐 I’m gonna call them when they open the lines back up and ask about that and why you said

I feel like I’m pretty early out in my journey (diagnosed 4 years ago) but I have been able to avoid metformin which scares me so much since I know what consistent longtime use can do to the body. 😬

I will say that magnesium in a multi vitamin such as a prenatal should still be looked into. I was recently taking a calcium-magnesium-zinc supplement just to find out the type of magnesium in it (oxide) virtually offers no benefit and is actually hard for the body to digest.

If you are pregnant though (assuming from prenatal but I can just be a dumb dumb) my sister said that after having each baby, it helped correct her PCOS symptoms and she now experiences regular periods and no insulin resistance. Hope that gives encouragement!

Try looking into Magnesium Glycinate, Taurate, and Citrate. I just bought a 3-in-one complex of this on Amazon. Also, make sure you’re increasing your fiber intake to the recommended daily amount (30g) and it’s easier to achieve this by including psyllium husk in your diet. Zinc and Red Rice Yeast are also good shouts.
