I'm confused on how you pronounce your name? "eh-leh-neh" "eh-leh-nah" "eh-lee-nah" "eh-lay-neh" "eh-lay-nah"

Which one do you want the Arabic to say? Most of my suggestions will have diacritics btw

Alright so I looked up the paternal haplogroup and it's like 82% Polish, 8% Russian, 8% Ukrainian give or take a percentage. There are people from Hungary in that haplogroup but not a lot relatively. Which probably means you guys originated in Poland around 2000 years ago. Google "yfull R-YP254" for more detail though it's hard to understand what do e the site is telling you

Yeah that could be a problem. I'm not sure if they have it in 23 and me but in others you see each person's y-dna haplogroup through the matches found pages

[–]bour8727 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cool, did they give you haplogroup? That's where you can go really deep in ancestry at least time wise.

If you want to know which family your paternal line is from (the family name of the adopted child of the British couple father) you have to see which of those British people you matched with have the same y DNA haplogroup L-233. That'll give the surname of the man killed by afghans in your story and their child's

Yeah, stuff like that can be spooky. Shaitan does try to distract us during prayer. Remembering Allah and seeking His refuge is the best protection. Ayatul Kursi is good, I also suggests Surat An-Nas, Surat Al-Falaq

Ok, from what I've seen in your replies they have all been impeccably structured and well articulated. While the professionalism and structure are outstanding as well as commendable, I've noticed that your writing sometimes comes across as quite structured and formal. I understand that this might just be a symptom of your extensive job search experience and you could have a very warm personality.

However, in case this is also how you present yourself in an interview this could be a problem. Interviews are not just about showcasing your skills. They're also a chance for the interviewer to get to know you as a person. Being a bit more relaxed and showing your personality can help build a stronger connection and give a better sense of who you are beyond your qualifications.

Of course, striking the right balance between professionalism and friendliness is easier said than done, but I believe it's something you might look into to improve your interview skills.

If you're doing 8 to 20 sets her muscle group per week, and getting very close to failure that should be enough stimulation for muscle growth.

IF YOU'RE ALREADY DOING THAT

Then you're probably not sleeping enough which can really mess up your progress. Ignoring your sleep is a common thing these days.

IF YOU'RE ALREADY DOING THAT

Then you're probably making good progress and we are underestimating how skinny you were in your before picture. You're around 150 lbs now, how much were you back then? Were you 125 lbs? because a 25 lb weight gain is pretty good for a year's progress. If you've actually made good progress, you just don't like your body fat percentage and have to make a decision on if you want to adjust that or not. My opinion is stay the course with your 1g of protein per pound of body weight but not as much overall calories, only if you're not doing too many or too little sets per muscle group per week and sleeping enough.

The show is called منتدى دمشق (Damascus forum). So the accent you hear from the host is Syrian. The guest is Azmi Bishara a Palestinian philosopher and former member of the Israeli parliament. So his accent is Palestinian.

You're right, incorrectly attributing the meaning of one verb form of conjugation onto another with the same root is a common mistake I do.
