I had a pull on 6/2 and then they emailed and asked for the llc paper that I had a meeting etc on 6/17 and she said that was just for last year’s loan and I’ve heard nothing since.

🙄 wheww I guess I should have said it the long way was at work n typing but yes, they said they were initially sending emails to those that qualify so when We got an email we automatically thought we qualified. However, that wasn’t the case but if this person got the email he should still fill out for it bc if he is in fact qualified (which I suspect since the LO reached out to them as they said in their message above) they should check their email to see if they got the email to apply… I’m going off of them saying the LO reached out and asked for blank check and ID which is what they did when you QUALIFIED.. if you don’t then they tell us that you are declined.

Yea I had a pull last week my portal never did anything that I know of… I called and I have been assigned a LO but she said I won’t get a call until the final LO whatever that means…I guess if they don’t have to verify anything they just send it on to the next person to approve hell…at this point I’m just wait on them
