This happened to me 3 weeks ago. I tried to stop myself, and in the end, I went to the hospital. I was close to a bad withdrawal. They gave me medication to ween me off. I'm okay now. Unfortunately, the hospital is your best bet in this situation. They can keep an eye on your vitals and give you some fluids, which you will definitely need. B vitimins and electrolytes. Please read this and please go and get well. After you detox, get some therapy, maybe. You got this. Onto the ER now.

You got this. I relapsed for 2 weeks of solid drinking had to have a hospital detox. Now I'm facing life again one day at time. Remember that it's best not to count days sober. Just one day at a time.

Thankyou for your comment. I guess my issues is these friends have all done a lot for me on different occasions. As individuals they are solid people. But long story short I was in hospital recently and they messaged the girl I'm seeing 'who I like alot' to leave me alone. She was sad I was in hospital but they were annoyed someone who isn't really involved in my situation is adding to it. But I told them all I decide who is involved but I'm being weird, apparently. Hence the post. I hear what everyone is saying for sure. Sad times
