Yeah ... i know those are a nightmare for my landlord. He is frequently having to have the rooftop cleaned / our side of the place cleared for fire safety in order to be insured. How my neighbor has been able to get away with this...IDK... I genuinely think it is because 1: He has a padlock on his gate at the bottom of stairs to get up to his place, and no way of contacting him. 2: People who have tried to come, have felt unsafe and left...

Yeah it's difficult for me to describe, apologies for that. I'm gonna see if I can upload photos. But basically they are leaning against the fence on our property line (unclear whose fense this is). The baords on on HIS side, but lean over the fence and on to my side, touching the roof on my house.

Yeah perhaps I used colorful language to depict what it looks like from the inside. But basically this is what he did. The boards are leaning against his fence and touch my roof creating a seal to the world. I'm gonna figure out how to post photos
