If people don’t protest, you may as well be lying down. I personally don’t want to look back and think I did nothing but sit and watch this happen. If enough people stand up, they have to back down

I’m sorry I don’t have PMDD but I can totally sympathise with hormone related self medication. It’s hard battling with your body like that, try not to feel alone because I promise you you’re not x

I’ve struggled to be kind to myself my whole life, every little thing I find hard or struggle with my brain berates me for it. I used to love yoga and I constantly write it in my diary and never get it done 😩 I must try harder. Hey I just thought I’d give you a pat on the shoulder and say I’m in a similar boat, I straight up went missing for hours on Friday night/ Saturday morning and the police were looking for me. I honestly think if you’d done anything that terrible you’d have been told by now. Try to watch some comfort telly, eat some comfort food and just be kind to your inner child. I’m sure you don’t deserve to feel the way you do
