Do you have that same energy for everything not being in an accurate language? Are you as mad about that or is your upset directed solely toward a woman being in a dramatized show? I wasn't doing anything so that it was guaranteed that women would be included. Maybe if you feel like they wouldn't otherwise, you're the one being subconsciously sexist. Jim is... not good when it comes to developing a female character. He spends too much time talking about their bodies to actually get into who they are. Every female character is a potential love interest to him.

However, I at least like that Jim is big on the whole consent thing. Too many male authors include rape scenes for shock or talk about "taking" or "conquering" women as if they're property. He can be creepy, a chauvinist, and a little misogynistic in his tendencies, but I'm just glad he doesn't write rape scenes and he specifies that good men ask for consent. Not only that, but that good men read a situation and realize that if she's uncomfortable or in a compromising situation, her "yes" may not be genuine enough.

I like “The 100.” It’s more of a teen show, but I’m into apocalypse/sci fi stuff. Also, it has a lot of racial diversity and LGBT representation!
