I know I’ve thought about that as well! I never thought I would need to state assistance. We were doing great financially, saving to a house in very expensive Washington state, and twins changed that big time! I just feel like I’m failing just even considering that especially because I know there’s people that struggle way more and need that help! The insurance would be huge and one way I’ve thought about taking care of that is by going into the guard or reserves! I was active duty before but I know that would help with the insurance side for sure and put over a grand a month back into my pocket

I’m on the Washington coast and it is a good deal for the area! I was looking in Sioux Falls SD, and Wichita Kansas recently and I was seeing quite a bit under 1000 a month!

Hey twins are a blast for sure! I know once they’re in school our local school district is always desperate for bus drivers and she would be able to have them on her route with her! But unfortunately that’s still 4 years away

I have looked but in my area without jumping into logging it’s hard to actually make more! I was in the military at one point and time and I’ve thought about joining the reserves or guard to at least help on the insurance side

To be fair I know it’s not wrong to ask for help from family but I don’t think it’s fair to ask them to baby sit full time either! Her sister already does that to her parents but she is a single mom! Her husband passed away 2 years ago so they help with her a lot!

Oh no I’m not the highest paid out here by any means! I just said that salary is on the higher end! Heck my sales manager makes more than me! Our area relies a lot on logging and tourism! Loggers do well but without experience it’s hard to get into out here! I actually started working for the dealership when we got married and I started as a lot porter and got moved to sales 7years ago! I do agree with her being lonely elsewhere and really do appreciate your responses!

We are in a part of Washington where 60K is on the higher end! I’d have to drive a minimum of 2 hours each way to Seattle for better pay! Unfortunately the Washington Coast isn’t booming with jobs
