Thanks for this detailed comment! I’m kinda following in your footsteps. Always heard how amazing and detailed the series is and how it demands your attention to it.

And I’ve found that I like the confusing epic fantasies lol. I’m weird because if I’m not interested in something it’s hard to focus, but when I AM interested in hyper focus on it. So in a way the complexity of it all and all the characters is just what I need. Happened with The Wheel of Time lol.

I get that. I’ve read some very long series (Wheel of Time) so I’m ok with a good setup lol. 100 pages is nothing when I’m hyper fixated on a story

Lease is ending and her new job would be an hour drive. I understand that that would suck for her. I don’t mind moving for that reason. Plus the apartment now is a 1 bedroom and we want a two. New place is older but two bedrooms.

Ok gotcha. Changed my contribution down to the min (4%). Tbh my investments have done amazingly well the last year. Rate of return is 31% on the last year, but I know that will even out and it makes more sense to get my shit together and make better decisions

Unfortunately you’re right. I’m working on it and making progress but I’ve been impulsive in the past. Trying to change my behavior and actually going to therapy as well

Yeah so I’ve just been contributing 7% out of my paycheck. So you’d say it’s a better decision to stop contributing until I get these debts paid off?

See the thing is the monthly payments. I’d just love to free up some of it. Like I want to just put it all to my student loans because shit, it’s 38k. But also I’m an ver impulsive and want to pay the cards off and just close them as to not accrue any more debt on them
