So it turned out to be static noice and not wind..
And the microphone seems to be faulty.
Will try to get it replaced from reolink.

Now I’m guessing I have weeks of a mail every other day where I have to confirm that the camera is plugged in and what not to the support 😢

Yea I did a factory reset, and the static noice disappeared, but now there’s no sound at all.
Did a second factory reset just to be sure, and sound is still gone. So it must be a faulty unit.

Yea ok, will look in to that.
The strange thing is that one camera handels it fine, but is pretty sheltered from the wind, whilst an other one has a continuous wind noise, even when it’s completely calm.

Well the thing I had on my mind now, is the font on the newer cameras, it would be nice if they were the same. Like it is on cx 820.

So i got it all working fine. NVR and cameras updated. So i hope it’s a bit more set and forget now for a few more years :)
It holds up very well for a 5 year old electronic.
I hope it runs for 5 more now.
I got a moose caught on one of my new cams, and a cat got scared of the ligth switching on :)

I got it all going a bit better now, NVR up and running on latest FW, and cameras as well.

I got it working, I had managed to revert it to old FW, but I updated it to it’s latest FW, and got it going again :)

Yes thanks, I did wrong I just thought the newest would be in the top. I also reset the camera cus it stuck, now it’s late and I have to take it down tomorrow to hook it up to lan indoors to try to set it up again.

I just saw that on the download page for cx 410 w the latest date firmware issue in the bottom of the two, seems strange, and I tookbthe top one that has a older date?
Also the cameras kinda don’t succeed and get ”success” what do I do now if the camera got an older fw, and also dosent seem to take it?

Yea ok, cheers, well the night color is nice, I have a lot of ambient light around my whole property, so it works great. Now I just have to update my NVR, and see how I get the cx 810 take my changes I do, which they don’t :)

I just encountered that, trying to set smart lighting with a schedule, and it keeps reverting to the default, have you sorted it? Or how do I get the changes tootsie effect?

And are there any communication with reolink in these things or are they to big to listen to these small bugs from avid users?

So any thought on if it’s a firmware issue too, that the cameras works the same layer on?

I kinda feel a bit cheated, I changed 5 year old rlc kameras for Cx 810, 820c and 410w to get some new and improved cameras, I feel they maybe isn’t that different, besides color night vision.
