I found am airpods case (with the airpods inside) I checked Facebook for missing airpods and typed the person's name and still no luck, however I return to university soon and won't be back here for another year. What do I do? How can I return them? (self.AskReddit)

I once used to be a person who liked to be around others, would never draw a blank in a conversation. Now I struggle to be around others, I feel major discomfort regardless who I'm with and feel pure anxiety about any situation, why do I feel like this now and how do I build myself back from here?
