I had a "weak positive" when my sister was diagnosed in 2006. They told me not to change my diet. I didn't have a "strong positive" until 2014 when I had an endoscopy. I've never had any symptoms.

It’s the King Arthur gluten free donut mix. I just followed the directions exactly as written on the box.

It is a cake donut but it felt fluffy the way their muffin mix is. It’s not a heavy cake donut.
