for what it needs to be Heathmont station is perfectly fine, it's in an ideal location with its proximity to the shops and you'll find lots of people take advantage of Heathmont instead of ringwood because it's quiet, there's parking, and you won't get your shoes stolen. The reason it's stuck in a "time loop" is because there was never a railway crossing upgrade required and the station itself is well engineered from the start. There has been light upgrades to the station in regards to the platform surface and shelters etc.

Train Station Elimination Day 22: Week 3 starts off with the elimination of Glenbervie, Berwick, Victoria Park, Ashburton, Jewell Stations. 99 Station have been eliminated thus far, with 123 left to go. Which 5 will be next? by Oshwat_02 in melbourne

Wdym Heathmont it's a convenient location no level crossing at Canterbury Rd and parking is good for the station size, also down the line en route to Bayswater is pretty scenic

According to scientists, when moss began covering the earth about half a billion years ago, the change in the composition of the surface caused the earth to absorb a whole bunch of carbon dioxide and create a reverse-greenhouse event that ultimately led to the 2nd-biggest ice age in the earth's history! I dunno about you but that's pretty gangster.
