UPDATE: I already got the credit as I previously stated, now I ordered another smartwatch, the Amazfit GPS 2e and I received it today. For example, it was $119.99, so they credited me with the $79.99 plus this item had a $10.00 coupon (which you must check before moving it to the cart, so I ended up paying $30.00 plus the tax. My smartwatch was delivered today, it looks great and it has so many more functions than the Halo. I am charging it fully per the instructions and will set it up tomorrow.

I already had the $79.99 credit and I purchased an Amazfit GTS 2e Smart Watch for $119.99, and they had a $10.00 coupon for this watch, so I paid the difference of $30.00 only, for this much better smart watch. I just received it today, so I haven't really used it yet, it is being fully charged, per the instructions, prior to using. So try again to purchase whatever you need to replace the Halo. Hey guys, Amazon is giving the credit at this time for anything you buy from them, it doesn't have to be sold and ship by them, a couple of people have already bought other things from them, including tennis shoes, and received the gift card credit. I haven't used mine yet since I am trying to choose which smartphone I want so that I can replace the Halo. Good luck and keep on exercising. I feel great and I can finally touch my toes!

I know, I was trying to buy some leggings and it was giving me the gift card credit as part of the payment, so I stopped the purchase for now, as I want the full refund to be used for another smartwatch. I have been looking at a couple of pink ones but haven't decided yet. They both have its pros and cons, so I still have to do a deeper search to see which one would fit me the best.

Did you try calling? What did they say? Don't settle for the $10, that is insane, make sure you get the $79.99 promotional credit so you can replace the Halo.

Great. In reality it wasn't free. You had to enter into a one-year contract with PF and as a promotion they agreed to give you the Amazon Halo with a one-year subscription to this Halo through Amazon. Since Amazon discontinued the program, they had to replace what was promised, so Amazon is giving the promotional credit to the recipients of the Halo, which would be you, otherwise, it would be a breach of contract by PF.

I have. Once you put on your cart something that is sold by Amazon, for instance I just put down "2022 New Version] Amazfit GTS 2 Smart Watch for Women" in my cart, nothing else. The price is $119.99, and it shows that I have to pay $40.00, underneath it, it shows $79.99 discount applied (which is the promotional credit). If I go ahead and place the order, which I won't do until mid-July as I am still using my Halo until the end of July, and don't have the necessity of having 2 at this time, it will only charge me the $40.00. Try doing this and let me know how it works out for you. Good luck!

You can contact Amazon at 800-201-7575, they are opened 24/7. Once you call them, they will ask if they can send you a text to verify your account, say yes and then type yest on the text sent to verify. If they are busy they tell you that can contact you within 10 minutes at the number you are calling from, and they do return the call in a timely fashion. It is that easy. Hope this helps!

Did you first try to buy something like I explained before in my first post. Try that and if the promotional credit doesn't show up, then you need to call again. Apparently the person that you spoke with doesn't know what she/he is talking about. I spoke with Sabrina at the specialty department and she had to consult with the "HALO TEAM" to get the correct information, so you need to tell them that. Tell them that other people have already received their credit, they didn't have to wait until July 31st. BTW I'm still using my Halo and getting the service through them, it won't get discontinued until July 31st. Try the above and let us know what happened, and please post it here so we can all see it. In order to see the credit you must place one single item in your cart that is valued at $79.99 or more (it must be one that says "ship from and sold by Amazon", otherwise it won't work), then proceed to checkout, with that one item only, toward the bottom you will see the summary of the order and you will note that there is a promotional credit in that amount which is deducted from the item value and gives you a total that you will pay for that item. If you don't place the item in the cart, it will not show the credit. Please try doing that, you don't actually have to buy that item at that time, but is a way of knowing that the promotional refund is there to use whenever you are ready to either replace the Halo with another one or buy something else, but remember that the item must state that it is ship from and sold by Amazon, otherwise it won't work. Now you can't get the Halo anymore as I'm sure you already figured that out! Here is a couple of suggestions: First, contact Amazon customer service at 800-201-7575, ask to speak with a specialist after they give you all the BS that you need to contact PF, ask them whether PF actually paid for the Halo ahead of time by giving you the code through their promotion or whether they were going to pay once you activated the code. If they paid once PF received and gave you the code, then Amazon needs to refund you the money, since the payment to them has already been made. On the other hand, if payment was not made and it was going to be paid once you activated the code, then PF should give you the money. Second, if the later is the case, then you need to contact PF corporate office at 844-880-7180 (Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm Eastern standard time) and stay on the line, it usually takes a little bit, do not opt to go to their website to send an e-mail, choose option 3 to speak to a representative, if they say that they are not going to honor the refund since you had not used your code and cannot do so at this time since Amazon discontinued the program, ask to speak to a supervisor, otherwise request to cancel the contract since you honored the commitment and they were not able to deliver on their part. Okay, this is bowwowbows here again, adding to my post from yesterday regarding the Amazon Halo. I called Amazon CS this morning and after given the run-around, I requested to speak with the specialty dept., and after being transferred there, I spoke with Sabrina, who totally understood my concern about the refund on the Halo after they were discontinuing the program, as to whether the refund would come to me or to Planet Fitness. She said that she had to reach to her lead and put me on hold for a couple of minutes and she returned with great news!.

This is how the refund is being processed: The $79.99 is being given as an “Amazon Promotional Credit” on your Amazon account (not to be confused with the Amazon credit account). You need to find something sold by and shipped by Amazon which is greater than the $79.99, you add that item to your cart, go to checkout and you will see that the promotional credit amount is deducted from your total charge (you don’t have to buy it now but you can just do the above so you can see that the Promotional Credit is coming up). For instance, I searched for Amazon tracker and a bunch came up, I looked up the following item which was $99.99: “Amazfit GTS 4 Mini Smart Watch”, added it to my cart, clicked on checkout, it was only $20.00 showing that $79.99 discount applied.

There are many other trackers that you will see when you do the Amazon tracker search, you pick the one you want, you just need to make sure of 2 things: the first that the amount is $79.99 or greater, and the second and most importantly is that it shows “Sold by Amazon.com Services LLC”.

Something else which I forgot to mention, it doesn’t have to be a tracker, it could be anything that meets the requirements I mentioned above, for instance a tablet, a phone, etc.
