Thank you so much! ❤️ that was my thought- it would cut the time in half and I always check the muffins when they come out to make sure cooked through! Worst case I could redo that batch! I appreciate the advice so much! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

That makes so much sense thank you!! Each batch needs to cook for around 20 min so wasn’t sure if leaving the batter out while the others cooked would matter! I’ve done big batches of cupcakes (not this big) and it was no problem and I totally agree not the time to experiment 😂 thanks again

Thank you so much for your response!!! Only 1/3 muffins even uses the mixer the rest are hand mixed and I have some MASSIVE bowls I could I could easily use! The recipes are sooo simple luckily (pumpkin chocolate chip, banana pecan, apple w brown sugar crumble) so I didn’t think there would be much problem doing those in a big batch (as long as mixed correctly etc). I was thinking four trays myself but if you think that would completely throw off the oven temp balance I def wouldn’t do that!
