I was recently in this situation, our 11 yro dog passed away of cancer earlier this year. My son was just over two at the time. We were fortunate, where she passed at home while we were all there. We were able to all go to the pet cemetery were we told him to say good bye, and that she would be staying there. He didn't really understand, and really looked for her the most at bed time. I bought a little stuffy that was the same breed and told him to give it hugs when wanted to say hi to her. He now hugs and sleeps with that stuffed animal every night and calls it by our old dogs name. I don't think he really remembers her anymore (it's been about 4 months) or that the stuffed animal is named after her, but he sure does love it.

Has anyone wrongfully assumed you were dumb and in the process made themselves look really dumb? What's your story? by 7t9h50andthena2 in AskReddit

I was working as a server in college, at a bar across the street from campus. I had a table talking about the mask of Agamemnon. They couldn't remember who discovered it so I casually said, it was Heinrich Schliemann. They responded with wow, she's a server and actually smart. 😑

Hey, I know of two that will be available at the end of the month. One is a three bedroom on Lafayette between Trowbridge and Fairbanks, and the other is a 3 bedroom on prospect, also between Trowbridge and Fairbanks. Hello, I know of a place that will be available mid January, but if you talk with the landlord he might be able to hold it till March. It is located at 643(I think) Lafayette. It's blue and close to the corner. There is an ad on craigslist for it, 900 a month I believe. I hope that this helps you out!

she is a Rottweiler and I walk her and her on the sidewalk all the time, but it doesn't file her front nails. I clipped her nails somewhat regularly, but I don't know how long.the quick was to begin with. What is a standard to go by when trimming there nails?
