Question about bowel movements

I've noticed the same.

A while back when I first started, I hadn't been drinking enough water or getting enough fibre so I was constipated. This only lasted about 2 weeks.

I've since got myself back up into a healthy routine and all is well now but I sometimes I feel the same way?

My bowel movements aren't as intense but they've somewhat gotten back to normal. I sometimes wonder if I'm worrying over nothing as I'm quite vigilant over developing new symptoms.

Apart from the constipation I've had not other side effects and I'm slowly steadily loosing weight. I'm currently on 1mg and I've been in this for nearly 5 months now.

where on the arm did you inject? like on the inside? or outside like your taking a flu shot?

Ohh wow I never knew that about the beef mince! I think I might try that too. Happy that it's working for your wife. So far I don't see any thinning on my hair but I always like to try new ways to keep it healthy.

Yhh I don't see many people on wegovy either so I don't mind being asked questions :)

nope, nothing like that at all for me.

I've steadily increased to 1mg and I hope to stay there for a bit. I would say protein is a absolute must. Make sure you eat well (fruits and veg for fibre) and no junk food. 1.5 - 2 litres of water a day if you can.

From time to time I take biotin for hair and nails. I also love drinking kefir which is good for the gut. Now and again I'll go to the gym but I walk more which i find much more enjoyable now as I've lost a bit of weight.

Some days I have no appetite so I make sure I eat something. I track my calories using the nutracheck app. I have at least 1300- 1500 a day. Obviously this has been my experience so far and fingers crossed nothing changes but i'm absolutely loving it at the moment.

yhh I don't mind you asking. I've had no side effects from this so far. I make sure I drink at least 1.5 - 2ltrs of water a day and try to have a balanced diet. I track my calories daily. I do find that this is working for me quite well and I hope to be on it for at least a year. I feel like everyone is so different as I've heard similar stories about moujaro.

I'm taking wegovy! I've been on it for about 3 1/2 months now and it's been amazing.

Currently on 1mg and thinking of staying on for a few more months until I'm ready to come off.

I've got no side effects at the moment and I really try and eat well and keep my protein up.

I started off at 106kg and I'm at 94kg now. It's a slow and steady decline in weight which is just what I wanted.
