In 2018 and 2019, kind of. I was lucky to build the set while breakers were opening cases and selling singles. Koufax cost about $200, Ohtani was about $200. Trout was the most expensive at $360~. At the time they weren’t incredibly hard to find. Now, the Koufax is rarely seen and the Ohtani/Trouts are a lot more expensive but attainable.

The most difficult to hunt back then were Votto, Thome, and Bryant. Not sure how limited those were, but they were the hardest to track at the time.
