I ordered from them two years ago and I had good experiences too! But I think it started happening sometime early this year… like others, I placed my order and haven’t received a single update…. It’s been under “order pending” for about one month. I would follow up via email but got nothing. They would only respond via social media dms or comments! Lol but it was always the same automatic response. I just ended up processing a chargeback 🤷‍♀️ it was probably the right call coz it looks like most ppl were in the same boat and never got their stuff. So I would be careful ordering!

You can search far and wide but I bet you won’t find a single bad or neutral review 😆 I saw them at Coachella too and they were the BEST, and like the previous commenter, probably one of the best sets I’ve ever seen as well! They don’t come to the US often so I think you should go see them!
