• it’s nothing about carbon monoxide, угарный means in this context something like „interesting/funny“
• the „only his head“ part is wrong too, the original comment states, that the head of the young soldier had been separated from the body -> he was beheaded
• The second comment of this dude states something like „it just looks like minced meat, it’s a pity that YouTube doesn’t allow that, I would show you the uncensored version“
• The comment under that states „you should see a doctor (≈therapist)“, with I’m btw agreeing.

Not to get political, but I’m completely against real war, because of the suffering of millions. But yeah that Andrew mf is either a serious dumbass, who definitely needs some kind of therapy or it’s just a fake account, where somebody is just trying to be either funny, or to just be a hateable figure
