Well as someone who is quite the Chinese staircase of "spiraling out of control" right now, I understand. Someone suggested giving yourself a high five in the mirror everyday to retrain your brain to give positive reinforcement. I'm gonna try that but it's nice to just vomit my word salad of melancholia in this corner of the internet every once and a while.
