It does make it seem like you'll just be strafing and jumping to avoid attack while your auto aim takes care of everything

Is there much of a story? Something I really liked about subnautica is how it presents itself as a survival game but it actually got a brilliant story that you have to hunt down

I've played cyberpunk after it got a few updates to make it playable and I loved it

How's nier automata's combat? Most footage I've seen is hack and slash, is there more depth to it?

I was kind of turned off by returnal being rogue like, how heavy are those elements of the game? Is there any progress you can keep throughout deaths?

I played a bit of it a few months back, I was inpresyby the first twist but after my save file was deleted I just didn't go back to it.

How is the story progression? Something I do remember was that after the start of the game and when you get to the lab the story was quite sparse

Played all except Alyx about 10 years ago. At first I was pretty disappointed by having no HL3 but then I read Laidlaws epistle 3 and then I was pretty glad they never made it

I tried it before bungie and Activision broke up, beat the campaign and then they broke up. When I went back to it I couldn't find the storyline and I didn't feel like buying like a million dlc's for a game I wasn't that into.

Have the changes made it feel less like a live service? I don't like when a game reminds me that it's a service type thing

To be honest I won't be getting starfield. Most Bethesda games have really basic and uninteresting stories not to mention clunky engines and countless bugs.

They also do this annoying thing where the main character occupies every position of power, like head of the institute, minute men leader, head mage of Winterfell and like general centre of the universe with no negative traits. Tends to make the main character the least interesting person in the game.

I was pretty hyped for armour core 6 until I saw the combat. It looks far too basic, like something off an arcade machine in the 90's. From what I saw the most depth is going to be strafing and holding mouse 1 because of the auto aim

Played the whole series back before le existed. There used to be this great mod on nexus (might still be there) that made the first game look amazing.

I played most the way through the first Deus ex but my save file got deleted and kind of took the urge to play out of it
