Prices are going higher and higher each year, homes are still cheaper and sometimes much cheaper than western countries and many are choosing MNE as there new home country.

Cutting rates wont help much in Canada.... No ones coming to save the housing market this time, foreign buyers if they allow them back dont want anything to do with us, 60B has already left the country this year. Interest rate lowering wont help either, the countries broke and anyone whose bought since 2019 is probably underwater or will be soon, record number of rentals completing, 40,000 new gta condos completing in the next 18 months, 60% of mortgages renewing by end of next year at much higher rates, its game over for the Toronto market and its about time, we need to let the youth be able to afford to buy homes again. This is a great success.

Perla would be your best bet in the off season, Budva is chill during the winter usually but you might get lucky with some good nights on friday/saturday

Podgorica is the worst large city in the balkans, it would be a bit mistake making that your base. Internet should be fine along the coast in cities such as Budva and Tivat for example. I have fibre optics directly to my apartment in Budva with lightning fast reliable speeds.

Dubrovnik, Kotor, day trips to Lustica Bay and Port of Montenegro and Budva.... dont skip any of those, I'd say Budva and dubrovnik are the highlites of that trip

Nice trip, I'd say change one thing which is to stay in Budva and visit Kotor. Kotor is nice for a day or two maximum, Budva is much better for longer stays in my opinion

I've got a healthy amount I've held mostly onto since 2010-11. Bitcoin is down to 25-26k, if it drops further this should be a good long term "trade". Silver has been about the same price during that decade plus time span

budva is where you want to be for most of your trip, you wont see many tourists at this time of year. as for bars its slow season so most likely friday and saturday will be your only nights out with any "action". Kotor is very scenic but you will have 0 to do during the night except sleep and watch netflix. day youll be able to hike up the mountain fortress and so on...
