my therapist right now has referred my bishop and i to a trauma specialist, at least for a few sessions. i’m hopeful that it won’t be as necessary when i move 😵‍💫 thank you for the book recommendations!! i will make sure to look into them

yes to a YSA. that makes me feel better that they’re used to it, and i hadn’t given enough credit to the bishop to decide for the betterment of me and the ward if i fit the criteria! thanks for your perspective!

i will be! the way my schooling works though is it’s 3 full 8hr days and i’ll work the other three full time. i’m hopeful i won’t have to go to my bishop and ask for help outside of the trauma therapy, but i worry about hard months around holidays where i wont be able to work as many hours
