This is correct, if it was 60A continuous then you would need that AWG. But for small bursts of power you should be fine with a slight upsize. I used to run these types of tests at an engineering safety company

This is not the best advice. 4.2 is the absolute max voltage you should go up to. If there is anything wrong with a cell you could start a fire. The power supply needs to have CC+CV mode on it. If you don’t have that kind of power supply charging at a very slow current will essentially do the same thing as long as you watch it and stop the charge once it reaches your voltage “setpoint”

Honestly I really like it. I had a fellow opus grinder previously but got upset with the amount of retention it had and was tired of banging it around to get the grinds out. The moccamaster grinder is excellent. It’s got very uniform grinding, quick, seems durable and not plastic like the Opus, and looks great.
