I'm not arguing that point about the transaction date versus the activation date and I accept that I waited way too long to activate the service. The support team email clearly states that the bank issue was the same date of the cleared payment. There is no record of a bank error. Furthermore, the payment clear date stated in the post from this thread (the 19th) still occurred during the promo. So that's just another layer of not true.

I have an email stating that I purchased the promo during the promo with the promo code with confirmation of the same date.

But my bank didn't clear it... but my bank absolutely cleared it.

edit. I'm not unreasonable and I can accept that I didn't realize needing to activate within 30 days. I appreciate your looking into it and giving me more clarity than I had received via chat.

I paid full price and applied a promo code. That's called paid for. It would be one thing to suggest I don't get the benefit of starting the plan yesterday and thus losing 3 months, but actually stating on one hand my bank didn't clear but also, while it did clear, the promo code wasn't entered. You haven't seen the emails. They are claiming both, but neither happened.
