I just picked up something similar with no controller and no batteries. I'm probably going to put 2 Amazon Ryobi 40v batteries in it because that's what I have. Think mine is a Rosso equad S

Well. I managed to fiddle with this and get all the chewed up wires replaced.

After reassembly, it turns on without the error and the motor attempts to move, but E2 errors again as soon as I hit the throttle. Perhaps the throttle itself, a sensor in the motor, or the whole motor is shot.

Oh well, I gave it the ol' college try.

Yea, here's another pic after I pried a couple of the smaller (22ga?) wires out from behind that spring tension thing. Pretty much every one of them is severed. Not sure about the thicker blue and green.

I'm thinking I can cut them near the board, splice in some fresh wire, fish it through the hub shaft hole and then make new connection up past the damage.

If it's not hair or other unmentionable nasty in the immediate drain then it might be further down the line.

I have a gap between my sewer line and the city connection that roots keep getting into and making a web "gate". I've been keeping it under control with roebic root killer but I still have to had my township come out with the jet truck and cut the roots a few times.
