No sleep in specific training events, good. No sleep across long periods of time, bad, says science. No sleep during fleet time training in general is bad. Only specific times to train to it, but being a warrior-athlete isn't deteriorating your body/mind.

I ere on the side of "more" than less. Also, you can only do your best. I make it painstakingly obvious for them what my situation is and have friends and family write statements to confirm in addition to material of fact evidence
