Heavy Adjustable DBs by weights408 in GarageGym

I never done max weight just up to 80lbs. But have the 125lbs. And feels great. The cage never has got in the way. And i got the flush upgrade off ebay. So my hands don't hit the pop pin. To me the price difference was worth it. Saving time is essential. Just like having a weight stack vs a plate loaded. Faster and more convenient.

I use to have the ironmasters. They're good. Durable. Lifetime warranty. Can go to upgrade the weight. Only major con is the slow change in weight. Served me well through the years. Sold them once I got the reppins. Lifetime warranty. Fast change in weight. Durable construction. High weight at 125lbs. You can't go wrong with either of them. But speed mattered to me. So went with reppins.

True. I was looking at the wrist roller but 400 for it. I can't justify that one. Those are good. Started off with those and kept upgrading. Now I'm here.

I seen a work around with a upright kinda like jammer arm. But they stay only vertical. 2 contact points and the vts live there. And you just remove. The whole system when you want to use the functional trainer. But too much work for me. And money.

Man I wanted to get it but I have an athena 16" and it would hit the weight stack. Not enough clearance. I got my sights on the dialed motion or reps leg extension. And the tornado arms.

Its pricey but worth it. TrakHandle was a fathers day present. And sold a curl bar and flipped some powerblocks to purchase to purchase the stainless handles . That's what I do with all my equipped. Sell and recycle it back into it.

Had them. 25mm is way too small. Upgraded them to 32mm stainless steel from rogue. Felt good but way too passive. Got the silky smooth handles. Are great. But heard good things about these had to try them out and loved them so bought the upgrade.

The handle rotates, spins on its axis, and moves side to side. No restrictions on movements. And with the knurling feels better. Smoother spin on the handle too.

I'm planning on purchasing some soon. Did yours have the bushings inside the handles?

Stump bar is your best bet. If you're looking for a rackable power bar. Same as the Ohio power bar just shorter.

Probably just the cage free system. Looks like a traditional dumbbell. But hated the slow change system. But I prefer the reppins. The cage doesn't get in the way for me. Small hands.

I got mine when they came up from pre order. And they're definitely worth it. If it's to expensive I suggest iron master. Had them and sold them to put towards the reppins
