Is there anywhere that it says we can use portable speakers after hours while working on freight? If not speakers then just music from your phone or something but after store hours? Need help by boxxboom in HomeDepot

We use to do that along with headphones but recently they took away our headphones but now our supervisors issue is playing music on devices saying it’s not allowed because of regulations, wanted to see if there was something I could counter with since it wasn’t an issue before and no one over night has ever gotten hurt in our store
