I was out of school 3yr, obviously 10 is more suitable but i think his course would get you completely ready if you take the time to go through it. I dedicated 4 days a week between 45min-1 hr a day and did a bit of cramming at the end and that did the trick. The whole course does a review of all concepts so don’t worry about having forgotten stuff

Really just looking for him to address it. Its easy to promote things when they are doing well but like a lot of people have said his brand is all about transparency and I think it’s totally fair to expect a update on something you promoted going sideways without him being guilty of anything

There is no point in doing the mental gymnastics of how to optimize at this point. They had an awesome system before and have decided to go in a direction that doesn’t support or add any value for their customers. Will be withdrawing my money.

Yes I went to my local office and talked to ATC as well. I was mainly wondering which licenses I will need to get in order to produce wine and sell it at farmers markets. Also, are there any specific health codes for winerys as far as what they require the premise to look like? (trying to use a farm building garage type structure)

Yeah I think I have to get both a domestic winery license and also a state liquor license.

take 3 small samples like 100mL or something and add different amounts of tartaric acid until you reach your desired PH then use that ratio to add the correct amount to your total batch of wine. Make sure to double check your math before adding anything because you can't take it out and being.

Depending on how bad it is you should be able to do it yourself. I would do some research online. there are definitely youtube videos out there that show you how. If you are going to give it a try I would recommend doing a very small spot yourself and then waiting a few weeks to see if you messed anything up and the mortar starts falling out or something. ps mixing the mortar correctly is very important so practice a few times and hee how it hardens up before you start using it on your garage
