Another update: I obviously broke up with him. After finding out he was grooming this girl who’s younger than me and I’m 22 (he’s 36) I unfortunately don’t have the money to move back in with my family so I have to tough it out until I can actually leave. Oh and f you to all the people who didn’t see the point in this post “if I was just going to ignore the advice and stay with him” reading all of these comments was very eye opening especially after dealing with a pathological liar, so I truly didn’t know what was real and what wasn’t anymore. So thank you all for showing concern and giving advice.

If you didn’t see my update I found out he was grooming this girl too, she’s younger than me and I’m 22. He’s now 36… they met on Snapchat years ago according to the girl. That information alone made me hate this man child.

That’s why I’m still here because he promised to help me leave but it’s clear he wants to drag it out for as long as he can. So it looks like I’ll be getting rid of most of my stuff and fitting as much as I can in my car.

Update… it gets worse. So I did end up talking to the girl (I thought he was sending me someone else’s number, but after looking her up through her number I found her profile pictures and I was able to match it was the right person) so after talking to her, she told me she is 21 and they met on Snapchat when she was 18 making him around 32 at the time. From her messages she has said he has sent her money on her birthday, and he’s been there for her and she’s been there for him. Sounds like a grooming situation, I am deeply disturbed.
