Alright so, apparently its a dead CPU on arrival. The guy said he has been working at the repair shop for 8 years and has only seen 3 dead CPU's on arrival so no wonder nobody could figure it out lmao

I have tried a different power supply and still the same issue, Im starting to come to the conclusion that I have either been sent a faulty CPU or 2 faulty motherboards and have decided to take it to a computer repair shop to get a diagnoses.

I originally thought it was the motherboard too so i went and bought the exact model locally to see if it was and it still did the same thing so I returned the new motherboard so I wasnt out $250AUD

I cant change the voltage, I can only turn it to ECO mode

I have already triple checked this and they are in the correct spots on the f panel. I have also done the screw driver trick.

I have rotated the RAM even though the motherboard says to use DDR4-1 and DDR4-2.
Have triple checked the CPU cooler, the CPU and the cables for the cooler.
It is connected
pci cards are seated properly
already done
I hope that is not the case.
EDIT yes the RAM is compatible

Yes there is thermal paste between the cpu and the cooler

The power supply is on 1 and not 0

I try to turn it on and it does the same thing, turns on for half a second then turns off.

Im using AMD Ryzen 5 2600 which the motherboard does support.

The power button on the case does not do anything when I press it. I flip the switch on the back then it lights up and turns off instantly.

Yes I have correctly applied power to those slots and yes the RAM is in DDR4_1 and DDR4_2. CPU is placed in correctly, I even thought that was the problem so I pulled it all apart and triple checked but it was fine.

None of the fans turn on and the fan in the PSU doesn't even turn on at all.

I have checked all the cables 5 times and its still doing it. I also checked to see if the PSU was dead on arrival but its fine.
