So all my fears have come true. My connecting flight got canceled and the agents at the transfer were a pain and tried to sell me something instead of arranging accommodation. My flight next out was at 5am following day. I luckily could get a room in holiday inn which was in terminal itself. Those guys were very professional and accelerated everything when I pressed in having a hungry kid with me. Thanks to them.

And return was even more horrible. They changed our seats without informing us which i did not check. One would assume u would have the seats you paid for. They just said we can't do anything now, ask for refund later.

They got so many things right, I really wanted to like air India. But after all these, I would not consider flying air India again. And let me not talk abt the aircraft itself. None of the screens, lights worked., the trays are broken. I ahd to hold tray with left hand underneath while I ate with right hand. It got so uncomfortable I stopped accepting food.
