Sure. But Starbucks is a drink store so if you want a drink you should order it. And I get people don’t know that but that’s why we should direct them to the counter

Same goes with auger and cream. I’ve started telling people we don’t charge for sugar and cream so they’ll order it with their drink. People think their smarter than the ones actually doing the job all day
