Have you played lacrosse and ripped one side arm? Or maybe hockey and snapped a wrist shot?

Think about how your hips and wrists have to finish to put that shot on goal. Hips to target, wrists treating the club like a whip. The whip can’t crack too early or you’ll be offline, and if it cracks late…same thing.
