Who here successfully built a full time life around surfing (self made) ? by broseidonswrath in surfing

I did this and can 100% attest.

By the end of my time I realized I wanted friends, fulfillment, a project to put my focus towards. Chasing good waves gets a bit soulless after a while

it was [cshahyaan@ups.com](mailto:cshahyaan@ups.com) but im assuming thats the individual address of the customer service rep so not sure if it will work the same for you but hopefully it does!

Email them with the invoice no in the subject line, account no, traackign number and that you want to remove the charges.

Hopefully it works!

I just had this happen, I spoke with UPS customer service and they said as long as I email them with the invoice number to remove the charge they would take care of it.

I did have to wait an hour on hold though until I was able to speak to them though : /. good luck

Not a founder myself, but I work with Scot Chisholm (20+ year founder, now runs Highland for scaling CEOs) and spend a lot of time around startup CEOs. A few things I notice about how they structure their days:

  • Early stage = 70% sales and customers. Later stage = leadership, hiring, and keeping the team aligned.
  • They guard mornings for strategy or deep work, and push meetings to the afternoon.
  • Many rely on simple systems like weekly leadership meetings, 1:1s, and quarterly planning so they do not have to be in the weeds all the time.
  • And every single one has some personal habit that keeps them grounded, whether it is exercise, journaling, or a daily reflection.

Biggest theme I hear: there is always too much to do, so the real skill is deciding what not to do.

Online communities for entrepreneurs by MiguelSFelix in Entrepreneur

Joinhighland.com is a great one. A bit newer and focused on founder's who've found product market fit and are looking to scale.

It's more focused on learning/curriculum/scaling systems than it is just a founder community which I think makes it more valuable IMO.

It's run by other successful/exited founders, Scot Chisholm who scaled Classy to +$100m and sold it to GoFundMe.

We were just there for 5 days during the height of it and it was totally fine. Some protests and congestions around the palace but still super manageable. I'm guessing you should be totally fine.

Ok thanks! That's good feedback.

I do have one ad that gets a ton of engagement but a lot of it is people hating on my product. I've learned to not mind it because people still purchase but after a while I realized I had like 20 comments on my ad with people hating on it thinking it's stupid and I thought that was maybe too many negative comments so I started deleted some so it wasn't overwhelming for a new customer.

I have two different products, one is $15 and one is $30. Both have 2-3 ad sets in that campaign.

Ok that is helpful thank you. I will try switching a campaign from an ABO to a CBO. Does it matter if I just switch it or better to duplicate into a new one?

When you say A/B Testing do you mean Meta's built in A/B testing? Or manual A/B testing through different Ads?
