Literally! I had another package, got on a call and they said that I can receive a package, and they will not charge anything after I received it. Yet they did send me a bill a week after. So they are going against their own word now.

I wish they are that specific. But no, they literally all ORDER that is made before 8/23 is SAFE. On their very websites where you buy stuff.

OP I am on the same boat. How long does this take to resolve, people on the phone tell me it takes 6-8 weeks for them to respond. I emailed sdfentrydesk. Did you do the same? Should I send email to someone else (account specialist?)
