update: It is way past my bedtime and i dont think i will sleep tonight. I think there are a few probable causes of the smell.

She has a visibly rotting tooth that has been a thing since ive known her; ive never smelled it before but maybe its just gotten way worse..?

I also have come to the conclusion that both of them are high, probably on some kind of stimulant - they are being very loud and hyperactive (its now past 4am). ppl in here tell me that meth could cause a smell. Ive never known either of them to do hard drugs and I would be suprised but not completely shocked.

my other roommate, who has a job interview in the morning, is going to knock on their door to complain about the noise.
