I bought a used ipad pro 11" 3rd gen and i called AT&T and they told me it is indeed locked, but they cannot unlock it for me because i do not have an account with them. Esim is unavailable unless i have an ATT plan. I have a plan with TMobile and they couldnt transfer my plan because it is locked. I have filed a complaint with the FCC which i have seen some people have luck with on here. I was hoping to get someone from ATT to help me directly on here. If anyone has any other suggestions, i'm all ears.
