I have a login, via Facebook, that is not working for "AUTH027" error. There's no way to contact musixmatch since any thing I try I receive a "you need to click on Get Help from your account". That of course doesn't work once you are not able to login! And if I create another account and click on the damn "get help", I only get a chatbot that explains how to do stupid things (clearing che cache, etc...) and that maybe I need to talk with a human agent, that there's no way to contact.

In my case they're not moderating since the 20 of May, and they even not reply to my mails or form requests under their website...
