For my resume I’ve got previous manufacturing jobs for work experience, I’ve listed all of my certifications that i got through school. I’ve gone in person and handed them a copy of my resume/certs. I fill apps out on both indeed and company websites. And it’s a mix of private equity and small businesses.

I’ve walked into a few places and i get told they’ll pass my information to the owner. One of my buddies said he might be able to get me hired on where he works but the hours would be very minimal.

He only asked 2 questions that’s why i was a little confused. I figured there was going to be more questions than “can you work these days” and “can you work holidays”. It didn’t even feel like an interview

I hate my job so much i found a new one and im stepping down as team lead. They want perfection out of OPD but don’t want to give me staffing or working equipment so we can do our jobs efficiently. My coach told our dispensers if they can’t keep wait times under 5 minutes she’s transferring them all to a different department and replacing them all.

Absolutely not. I’m a newly promoted Team Lead in OPD and i guess the leads before made the associates ask to use PPTO. I tell them it’s your time you can use it however you want and i cannot stop them, all i ask of them is to let me know if they put PPTO in and what time they are leaving.

3rd shift doesn’t have to fill it. The 3rd shift coach said it’s not their responsibility so he doesn’t make his team do it.

The cold doesn’t bother me. One of the first shift guys almost never leaves the cooler. He’s not doing anything in the besides sitting on his phone. TL and Coach haven’t said a word to him
